Volunteers

Once again a reminder about signing up on our volunteer register. We need 300 volunteers for the fete day to run and all it takes is 2 hours of your family time. The school has 260 families and with majority of stall coordinators spending their entire day on their stall it is really important that you do sign up at least one family member and preferable both. At the moment only 47% of spots are filled. We still need 122 slots filled.

Wristband and Ticketing Information

Online pre purchase wristbands close this coming Wednesday 2nd March and purchasing at the office closes tomorrow 26th February. These dates cannot be extended as bands need to be ordered. You will still be able to purchase wristbands on Fete day at an additional $5 per wristband. So get in early and save yourself some money.

Orders for prepaid wristbands should be made via the TryBooking website http://www.trybooking.com/KJTY

Or you can collect a paper form from the office and complete the order form that way.

Kids Stage – Still has vacancy

NPS's got Talent - The X Factor - What is it and do YOU have "IT"

The kids stage is looking for parents and students who would like to showcase their talent on stage.

It can be card tricks, magic tricks, hula hooping, fire twirling, juggling or even some cool skateboard tricks.

Nestled amongst the side show alley activities, you will never be bored. Whether you chose to watch our talented performers, jump up and sing a karaoke song yourself or just take in the action it’s really up to you.

If you are interested in performing please contact Miryana via the Fete email address or sign your name up via our online volunteer register

Food Stalls

What are you going to eat at this years fete? Follow our culinary itinerary to help guide you through your day and make sure you don’t miss out on any of our specialties.

Starting at 10:00am grab yourself a coffee and cake from our coffee stall then you can browse our stalls and rides before gearing up for lunch.

For the lunch menu we have on offer;

BBQ - serving up hamburgers, gourmet sausages and vegetarian burgers

Souvlaki - a traditional Greek Souvlaki with salad, sauce and meat all served in pita bread

Salads – Choose between 3 healthy salads options or choose a salad as a side to another dish.

Homemade sausage rolls and Pistizi – a speciality for all kids that can easily be eaten on the run.

After tasting our yummy lunch specials, visiting our stalls and rides it is now time to sit back and relax.

Grab yourself a drink from the bar that will be serving, Beer, Wine, Champagne and Cider.

Then it’s time to soak up the atmosphere while taking in the music and conversing with your friends.

Don’t forget to grab yourself a treat of Pete’s Poffertjes with your favourite sauces and try our Dips platter from the salads stall served with tasty Dench bakery bread.

Having tried all of that, I am sure you will go home with a full, satisfied and nourished belly.
