1st Annual Dustin Diamond Foundation Haunted Masquerade!
After years of playing funny guy “Screech” on NBC’s hit television series “Saved by the Bell,” I have settled into a schedule of celebrity fundraisers, stand-up comedy, and building a life in southeastern Wisconsin. As my better half, Jennifer, and I have been recently touched by the need for quality, compassionate patient care, we are using our place in the Milwaukee and surrounding communities to raise money for Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin.
Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin is rated one of the nation’s top pediatric medical centers. They offer experienced, compassionate inpatient and outpatient care in more than 70 subspecialties, including a focus on fetal concerns, and a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit offering specialized staff and equipment to provide intensive care for newborns. Child magazine recently rated Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin as the third leading pediatric medical center in the nation. The special programs and amenities offered by Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin make coordinating complex care as easy as possible for families.
Join us, Saturday, October 8, 2005, at the Renaissance Place in Milwaukee. Some of the world’s best haunted attractions and actors will be on hand to entertain. The doors will open at 5:30 PM to start the evening off with hors d’oeuvres and cocktails. Dinner will be served at 7:00 PM - see the attached application for meal choices.
During the cocktail hour and dinner, you will have the opportunity to look over the raffle and live auction merchandise, and to participate in our silent auction. We will have an amazing collection of one-of-a-kind, limited-edition, and impossible to get items to bid on, as you would expect from an event of this quality. Our live auction will start at 8:30 PM. Bids for the silent auction will close at a designated time during the evening.
To help us plan the evening, we are offering “Early Bird” registration and ticket bonuses. To qualify for “Early Bird” status, we must receive your completed ticket application (attached), reservation money, and ticket money by September 1st. “Early Birds” will also be eligible to order Raffle tickets 2 for the price of 1 ($20 minimum order, and in multiples of $20). As an “Early Bird,” you will also qualify for a special drawing during the night of the masquerade.
Thinking about becoming a Sponsor Member? We’ll make your decision that much easier: sign up as a Sponsor Member, and we’ll give you $100.00 in general raffle tickets. Sponsor Members will also receive a Dustin Diamond Foundation polo shirt and will be entered into an exclusive drawing for a Brett Favre Hand Signed 16x20 Framed Photograph!
As our tickets are limited and our masquerade will sell out, don’t delay in getting your reservations and payment sent in! We don’t want you to be disappointed. So that you can enjoy the evening seated with your friends, you have the option to reserve a table for 8 at the masquerade. Simply complete an application for each individual/couple to be seated at your table, and send in all the applications and money for the table together. Be sure to mark and pay for the table reservation only on 1 of the applications. The $50 for reserving a table will entitle you to a special sponsorship gift. (The $50 is per table, not per person)!
