NOTIFICATION OF INTENT TO OFFER OFF-CAMPUS

OR ONLINE COURSES AND PROGRAMS

The Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACSCOC) requires member institutions to notify SACSCOC of changes to the institution’s programs and, when required, seek approval prior to the initiation of those changes.

Use this form to notify the UNC Pembroke Office of Academic Affairs (Dr. Elizabeth Normandy) and Office of Distance Education (Dr. Charles Tita) when an academic department is planning to offer programs or courses at an off-campus location or online. This form must be submitted at least six months prior to the anticipated offering date.
