Notice of Intention to Conduct Business in Private
Notice is hereby given in accordance with Regulation 5 of the Local Authorities (Executive Arrangements) (Meetings and Access to Information) (England) Regulations 2012 that the items listed below are likely to be considered in private.
The reason that these items are likely to be considered in private is that they involve the disclosure of exempt information under the following category of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972:

1.Dacre South Construction Award
To award a contract for the construction of new homes, as part of the Council's housing build programme managed by Lewisham Homes.
2.House on the Hill Design & Build Contract Award
To reconfirm the decision by Greenvale to sponsor/ set up a post 19 provision, to award a contract and to extend a contract of action for children.
3.New Homes Better Places Programme Update
To report the commercial considerations of a house building programme.
4.Longfield Crescent Construction Contract Award
To seek approval to award a construction contract
5.Church Grove Self Build Housing
To report on the outcome of competitive dialogue for a community led self build housing programme.
6.Woodvale Contract Award
To seek approval to award a contract for the construction of the Woodvale scheme to develop homes.
7.Award of Homecare Contracts
To detail the process to procure 4 Neighbourhood Lead Providers to provide home care to Adults who have been identified and assessed as being in need of services in order for them to maintain their independence and remain in their own home. The contract will be for 2 years.
8.Agreement for the allocation of the small and faith grants fund via a crowd-funding platform
To agree procurement details including commercially sensitive information.
