InTouch Article update for Tenancy Policy / ALL / AW to remove RTB from future agendas
AW introduced that Johnstones/PPG have won the contract to provide the Paint Pack scheme on behalf of the Housing Management section.
Not only will this be a cost saving but offer excellent value for money through its free delivery to tenants, quality products and ongoing discounts to tenants
Locksmiths and Eviction Removal procurement will be ongoing
GP stated that under difficult circumstances, the In Touch editorial panel are producing quality articles and magazines and thanks them
4. / Decoration Allowance Survey / ALL / Tenants worked in a group together and proposed questions which will inform the survey due to be instigated in the new contract, commencing January 2014.
5. / Review of the HMWG Structure / AW / AW introduced that a report has been produced for CLT on 10 December 2013.
This report was approved and AH will start the consultation, including with HMWG in the coming weeks
6. / Mutual Exchange Policy / AW / All members of the group agreed with the proposed changes to the Mutual Exchange Policy

8. / Review of the Year! / AW / AW introduced a brief quiz to highlight that tenants had been involved:
  • Delivering the first ever Rent Quality Survey
  • Being involved in procuring 2 contracts
  • Informing 7+ policies/procedures and protocols
  • Informed about the Under Occupation
  • Monitoring Anti Social Behaviour levels
All group members should be proud of achievements this year.
