SLT Membership and Logistics

ACTION STEP: Pull the criteria from the grant and make sure SLT has the criteria. SLT members will need to review the criteria.

/ It was noted that the Critical Element is the far left column (SLT Membership and Logistics). The Benchmark indicators provide suggestions and examples. For this Benchmark, Rob emphasized that we should focus on the first 10 words, prior to the colon. The examples that follow the colon are intended as examples, not required elements.

/ ACTION STEP: We need to clarify roles of SLT leaders through written descriptions, made available to all SLT members.
