·  Trefoil Guild handbook will be on the website in the near future.

·  We are working towards producing a Thanks & Recognition badge & certificate for our members

·  New Trefoil Guild Stone at National Arboretum will hopefully be in place by Summer 2015

·  New Emergency Cards will be available via your Country/Region later in the year

·  We have supported Senior Section Members & Leaders on GOLD projects to Cambodia, Latvia, Malawi, Peru, Rwanda, Sri Lanka, The Gambia and Zambia totalling £14,280

·  International: We have agreed to run a 3 year pilot in conjunction with RADS (Translated means Russian Association of Girl Scouts) with an opportunity to raise funds for this scheme &/or work in Russia either developing Guiding or working with abandoned children. Details from your International Adviser & County Chairman

·  Voyage Award: new books are now available. All participants should, on completion of a level, send completed record books to their Country/Region programme Adviser

·  75th Celebrations. A small coordinating group is being set up. Riding for the Disabled has been chosen as a National Charity for all Guilds to support for the year. A River Cruise on the Danube is proposed in July 2018 and Country/ Region Chairmen have details. Watch the website for up to date information

·  PR material is available via Trading & your Country/Region Adviser has full details

·  Annual Meeting in Derry/Londonderry. 6 June 2015. A few seats are still available

·  Annual Meeting 18 June 2016 in Harrogate. Details will be available at this years Annual meeting, on the website and via Countries & Regions

·  Knitted items are still needed, contact your International adviser for details

·  Trefoil Magazine: we would like to know which months you would prefer to receive these. Please tell your County Chairman. (3 copies per year)

·  If you need to amend your signatories on a Trefoil Bank Account and need proof of who you are Mrs Sue Dickinson, at National Trefoil Office, has a standard letter

·  We are looking for members to form a Readers panel for the magazine. NO meetings just online review of present magazine and choosing articles/photographs for future magazines. If you are interested please let your County Chairmen know.

·  Are you participating in the Voyage Award? On completion you receive a metal badge. Consideration is being given to an additional cloth badge that participants would need to purchase. Please let your County Chairman know your views.

·  A new Forward plan is being developed with 3 main aims:

1.  To review our Organisational Structure & support networks to include a digital strategy. This acknowledges that good communication is essential to our organization

2.  To Grow our membership by encouraging new members & retaining existing ones by being welcoming & offering an exciting programme

3.  To develop our 4 key Messages (Find Friendship, Get Active, Get Involved & Give Support)
