If you are enclosing a CV with your application, I would be grateful if you could remove/edit any personal details, including name, address, marital status, date of birth etc. This information must however be placed on the Equal Opportunities Monitoring Form, and returned with the application form to the address at the bottom of this sheet.
The Equal Opportunities Monitoring Form will be treated confidentially. It is separated from the application form and is not seen by the recruiting panel, but is retained by Personnel for monitoring purposes to ensure the effectiveness of our recruitment procedures.
