Presentations started for submissions addressing comments received on Draft 1.0
6. LB 200 Comment Resolution for Miscellaneous Part 3 (11-14/0326r0, Alfred)
6.1. Alfred (Qualcomm) presented the document.
6.2. Yongho (LGE) pointed that 11ac has defined partial AID without using an acronym for the phrase. To be consistent, it is better not to use acronym PBSSID for partial BSSID.
6.3. Younghoon (Huawei) pointed that the sentence under the NDP PS-Poll in 8.3.5.1.3 has been removed due to the resolution to another comment handled by Younghoon.
6.4. Alfred amended the document and uploaded the revision 14/0326r1.
6.5. Premotion1: Do you accept the comment resolutions in the document 14/0326r1 for CIDs 1342, 1343, 1048, 1075, 2740, 2718, 1415?
6.6. Discussions: none.
6.7. Premotion passed unanimously
7. lb200-clause-9-42-2-1-comment-resolution (11-14/0298r0, Younghoon)
7.1. Younghoon presented the document
7.2. Yongho pointed out that one or more RPS IE can be broadcasted in one beacon interval
7.3. Alfred mentioned the unit is short beacon interval, to be consistent, it should be changed to beacon interval.
7.4. Younghoon amended the documents in the revision 14/0298r0r1
7.5. Amin mentioned “(short) beacon interval” should be changed to either “short beacon interval” or “beacon interval” as there is no signaling to indicate this. In addition, “short beacon interval” is optional and “beacon interval” is mandatory.
7.6. Younghoon prefers to “short beacon interval” and would like to have some discussions offline if further changes are needed
7.7. Premotion2: Do you accept the comment resolutions in the document 14/0298r2 for CIDs 1238, 1239, 1240, 1241, 1516, 1517, 1518, 1732, 1950, 2948, 2949, 2950?
7.8. Discussions: none.

8.2. Amin asked how STA knows the duration is pointed to a service period or TBTT
8.3. Shoukang answered that the STA may infer after waking up and received beacon
8.4. Amin asked whether “shall” or “should” should be used?
8.5. Shoukang replied that a similar comment was resolved during last round to use “shall”
8.6. Amin asked why non-STA is treated as TIM STA and there should be a capability bit set
8.7. Shoukang would like to have some further discussions on the text offline.
8.8. No promotion was run

9.3. Discussions: none.
9.4. Premotion passed unanimously
9.5. Ron pointed out that CID 1081 is listed in the resolution table of the document 14/033r0 which was motion passed in January. In fact, the CID was not addressed in that document and is addressed in the just now presented 14/0265r0. The CID 1081 should be removed from 14/033r0 and the group may approve a motion to the updated document.
9.6. Yongho stated that all assignee should be more careful and not to make similar errors. This may cause more work to the editors. Since the comment concerned addresses a minor editorial issue, we could live with it.
9.7. Ron did not agree and argued it was a better practice to correct the error.
10. LB200-PHY-Resolution-Clause-24.4.docx (11-14/0305r0, Sun Bo)

12.1. Zander Lei (I2R) presented the document
12.2. Yongho pointed out that the document number is missing in the CID table and a typo “SIG” should be “S1G”
12.3. Alfred stated that “S1G AP STA” is standardized to “S1G AP”
12.4. Mitsuru Iwaoka (Yokogawa) suggested appending “frame” to “S1G NDP”
12.5. Zander Lei (I2R) updated the document to 14/0321r1

18.4. Discussions: none.
18.5. Premotion passed unanimously
19. lb-200-comment-resolutions-for-9-42 (11-14/0264r1, Shoukang)
19.1. Shoukang (I2R) updated the document according to feedback received in last session
19.2. Premotion7: Do you accept the comment resolutions in the document 14/264r1 for CIDs 1245, 1246, 1733 and 2759?
19.3. Discussions: none.
19.4. Premotion passed unanimously
20. Proposed Comment Resolutions for 8.4.2.20, 8.4.2.21, 8.4.2.38 and 8.4.2.43 (11-14/0289r0, Mitsuru)
20.1. Mitsuru Iwaoka (Yokogawa) presented the document
20.2. Alfred asked that if MAC address could be identified by A2.
20.3. Iwaoka answered that the frame report is mainly used for OBSS STAs which can not identify frames without specific addresses.
20.4. Alfred commented that the changes proposed should be limited to S1G STA.
20.5. Yongho questioned the motivation of STA report for short frames. S1G BSS should only report normal mac frames. In legacy spec, the control frames (without TA) are not reported.
20.6. Iwaoka commented that it would be better to report as much information possible.
20.7. Shoukang identified an error that AID should be 13 bit instead of 14 bit
20.8. Iwaoka would like to have offline discussions and update it later.
20.9. There was no premotion run.
21. LB200 Proposed Comment Resolutions for 8.4.2.28 and 8.4.2.63 (11-14/0322r0, Mitsuru)
21.1. Mitsuru Iwaoka (Yokogawa) presented the document addressing CID 2561, 2597
21.2. Alfred: the document title on first page is in error and should be corrected
21.3. Alfred commented that the resolution to the CID 2561 is in conflict with the CID 1962 addressed in 14/0280r1, which had been approved.
21.4. Iwaoka commented that CID 2561 was meant to change a different column, i.e. “other PHYs”
21.5. Alfred commented that 11ah should be similar to 11ac, e.g. include “subclause 24” in the heading of the column in the table
21.6. Yongho commented that 11ah has 2-type STAs (sensor and offloading) and may have different parameters in the table.
21.7. Iwaoka would like to transfer CID 2561 to Alfred
21.8. Yongho clarify that switching is supposed to happen immediately after the exchange of the switch request and response frames. The extend time out value is defined to account for the case where 2 STAs are switching at the same time
21.9. Iwaoka would like to reject the comments and update the document later
21.10. There was no premotion run.
22. LB200 Proposed Comment Resolutions for 10.24.16 (11-14/0291r0, Mitsuru)
22.1. Mitsuru Iwaoka (Yokogawa) presented the document addressing CID 2538, 2539
22.2. Yongho asked if there is a need for 11ah to specify DMS
22.3. Yongho commented GCR is implementation-dependent and no need to specify in the spec.
22.4. Alfred commented that extended capability information needs to be updated if DMS is supported
22.5. Alfred asked the reason why 11ad does not support GCR
22.6. Yongho commented it is probably difficult for 11ad to transmit multicast or broadcast frames
22.7. Liwen commented that 11ac does not support GCR
22.8. Yongho commented that it is better to revisit this topic later after the discussion that which options, e.g. in 802.11u, will be used in 11ah
22.9. There was no premotion conducted
23. LB200 Proposed Comment Resolutions for 6.3.29 (11-14/0248r2, Mitsuru)
23.1. Mitsuru Iwaoka (Yokogawa) presented the document addressing CID 2553
23.2. Alfred commented that BA is used mainly for high throughput devices. The 67 sec should be long enough. Further, using BI as the unit is limiting in terms of resolution.
23.3. Iwaoka would like to re-consider the proposed resolution.
23.4. There was no premotion conducted
24. LB200 Proposed Comment Resolutions for 9.3.6 (11-14/0290r0, Mitsuru)
24.1. Mitsuru Iwaoka (Yokogawa) presented the document addressing CID 1719, 2583
24.2. Amin (Qualcomm): “associated root AP” should be changed to “associated AP”
24.3. Iwaoka updated it to revision 1
24.4. Premotion12: Do you accept the comment resolutions in the document 14/0290r1 for CIDs 1719, 2583?

25.2. Ron commented that some of the rejected comments were trying to fix the English. The issues raised should be fixed or a better reasoning should be provided if rejected.
25.3. Yongho commented that the headings with CID numbers should be added in the content part of the document before instruction to Editor
25.4. Kaiying would make amendment accordingly and present it later
25.5. There was no premotion conducted
26. Chair declared recess until PM1 as the session time is up.
