Terms and Conditions

2. Earnest money (Refundable) equivalent to 5% of total tender amount in shape of Pay Order/Demand Draft in favour of NFML must be attached with tender documents/quotations. Without the earnest money the bids shall not be entertained. All the Taxes must be included in the quotations. Tender Documents can be purchased from the undersigned by submission of non-refundable amount of Rupees Five Hundred Only (Rs.500/-), till 04:00 P.M till Wednesday the 15th January 2014.

3. Tenders/Quotations on ‘Single Stage-Single Envelope Procedure’, duly completed in all respects must reach Commercial Department, NFML Head Office, located at 53-Jail Road, Lahore by Thursday, the 16th January 2014 till 10:30 AM. Bids shall be opened the same day at 11:00 AM, in the presence of authorized committee and bidders/their representatives.

4. National Fertilizer Marketing Limited reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of bids or proposals, as per PPRA rules 2004.

5. This tender is available on PPRA NFML websites only and has not been given through print media as covered under PPRA Rule-12.
