The membership rule:
-Category C. Women who have been invited to join – provided that a majority of the Club members agree.
That means that a majority ofallthe Club members must agree.
It does not state how the vote should be taken, therefore the vote can be takeneither:-
a)a Club meetingor
b)by a postal vote.
It is up to each Club to decide how they wish to conduct the vote.
If the Club selectsa)to vote at a Club meeting, then all the members should be informed, prior to the meeting, that a vote will be taken, and if they cannot attend that meeting they should submit their vote by post, before the date of the meeting. If their vote has not been received when the meeting takes place, those votes will be counted as abstentions.
A simple majority of all the votes cast is all that is required.
If the Club selectsb)a postal vote, then all the members should be sent a request to submit their vote by post. If some members do not submit their votes, they will be counted as abstentions.

If anew Clubis being formed, because there are no existing members, then a majority vote of approval does not apply.
A new Club can be formed from any of the three categories, and it is permissible to form a new Club totally from Category C.
Regola di appartenenza:
- Categoria C. Donne che siano state invitate a diventare socie -sempre che la maggioranza del Club sia d’accordo.
Ciò significa che la maggioranza di tutte le socie del Club deve essere d'accordo.
Non è precisato come il voto debba essere espresso, quindi il voto può essere espresso sia:
a) in un’Assemblea del Club o
b) tramite voto postale.
Spetta a ciascun Club decidere come condurre la votazione.
Se il Club sceglie a) di votare in un’Assemblea del Club, tutte le socie devono essere informate, prima dell’Assemblea, che un voto sarà espresso un voto, e se non possono partecipare a tale Assemblea dovrebbero far pervenire il loro voto tramite posta, prima della data dell’Assemblea. Se il loro voto non sarà stato ricevuto, quando si svolge l'Assemblea, quei voti saranno contati come astensioni.
Si richiede la maggioranza semplice di tutti i voti espressi.
Se il Club sceglie b) un voto postale, allora a tutte le socie deve essere inviata una richiesta di far pervenire il loro voto per posta.
Se alcune socie non esprimeranno i propri voti, essi saranno contati come astensioni.
Si richiede la maggioranza semplice dei voti espressi.
Se un nuovo Club si sta formando, dal momento che non ci sono socie già esistenti, allora non si applica un voto di approvazione a maggioranza.
Un nuovo Club può essere formato da qualunque delle tre categorie, ed è consentito formare un nuovo Club totalmente dalla Categoria C.
