KENT COUNTY JUNIOR SCHOOLS CHAMPIONSHIPS

Organized by Kent College Junior and Infant School, Canterbury
After the success of the previous five years staff at Kent College Junior School are delighted once again to organise the Kent County Junior Schools Cross Country Championships.
This year we hope to make it an even larger event by inviting schools from all over Kent.
The format will be the same as last year.
1 Year 3 Boys 10.00am 5 Year 5 Boys 11.00am
2 Year 3 Girls 10.15am 6 Year 5 Girls 11.20am
3 Year 4 Boys 10.30am 7 Year 6 Boys 11.40am
4 Year 4 Girls 10.45am 8 Year 6 Girls 12.00noon
Medals will be presented to the 1st,2nd and 3rd individuals, the first 3 teams and the first B team.
The team score will be your first three competitors to cross the finishing line are the A team; second three will count as the B team. Every child will also receive a certificate to say they have competed in these championships.
The course will be run over grassland at the University of Kent.
Races 1 to 4 (Years 3 and 4) 800m (1 lap)
Races 5 to 6 (Years 5 and 6) 1600m (2 laps)
Please complete the attached entry form and return to me at Kent College Infant and Junior School as soon as possible and not later than Friday 27th February.
ENTRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED ON THE DAY.
There is a £15.00 charge per school entry to help with the cost of running the event (St Johns Ambulance, Course, Medal etc) payable to Kent College.
