Please note that if you are charging participants, there is a $200 vendor fee. If you are not charging participants, the required vendor fee is $100.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY

In consideration of the opportunity afforded to our organization to participate in the Norton Founder’s Day Picnic on June 16, 2018 or rain date June 25, 2018, we hereby waive any right or cause of action arising as a result of our organization’s participation in said picnic from which any liability may or could accrue against the Norton Parks and Recreation Commission, the Town of Norton, and all its agents and volunteers (collectively “Norton”). We further agree to indemnify Norton from any and against all liability, loss, damages, costs, expenses, and claims of whatever nature, past, present and future arising out of or as a result of the acts or omissions of Norton, including attorneys’ fees and cause of action of every nature, which our organization may hereafter incur, suffer or sustain, including claims asserted by any members of our organization, or third persons not parties to this waiver and indemnification, by reason of any mater or personal injury or property damage, sustained in connection with our participation in the Picnic.

Required for all vendors, BY FRIDAY, MAY 19, 2018:

  • Completed registration form
  • Certificate of Liability Insurance naming ‘Town of Norton’ as an additional insured and specifying the date AND rain date. (This form is easily obtained by contacting your insurance company and may be emailed if that’s easier.)
  • $100 or $200 vendor fee. Please bring or mail check (payable to ‘Town of Norton’) with registration form to: Town of Norton, Attn: Parks & Recreation Dept / Founder’s Day Picnic, 70 East Main Street, Norton, MA 02766.
