Background
Tyler Hoopes was born and raised to be a farmer. With his background in the Seed potato business in SE Idaho. He and his wife came here to farm in 2013 to start fresh and find something of his own to call his own. However, they found that the distance from the community they loved was too much of a burden on family life. So it is with sadness that they have chosen to sell this property. But their loss is your gain. Tyler took this property and turned an alfalfa and grain farm into a productive small grain and efficient potato farm.
In 2016 Tyler Hoopes took a position with Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance
Company of Idaho and has been active in his position as a crop specialists. He has decided to sell this farm so that he may fully focus on this new business venture. He has no interest in the option of leasing back the property.
The property is being offered for a purchase price of $5,000,000.00. If the potential purchaser has an interest in leasing the property for the 2018 farm season a short term lease-purchaseoption would be available.
