North Norfolk Harriers & North Norfolk Pony Club Hunter Trial
Conditions
1.Entries will not be accepted without the appropriate fee. Entry fees will only be refunded if the event is cancelled due to weather unless able to reschedule.
2.Entries close 10th October 2011. Late entries will be accepted in all classes but will be £3 Extra.
3.The Organisers, Officials, Helpers and landowner cannot accept any liability for accidents, injury or illness to horses, rider’s spectators or any other persons or property whatsoever.
4. The organisers reserve the right to cancel or alter the course or any class if considered necessary.
5.A skull cap or hat with safety harness according to EN1384, ASTM f1163 or PAS15 or higher must be worn by all competitors. The organisers strongly recommend the wearing of back protectors. The organisers have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the Health & Safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective everyone present must themselves take reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents. Instructions given by any officials must be obeyed
6.The judge’sdecision is final. Objections must be lodged (together with the sum of £25) with the secretary within 30 minutes of results being posted.
7.Dogs must be kept on a short lead at all times.
