Minutes of the Meeting held on Sunday 12th February 2017 at 10am

At Alameda School, Ampthill

  1. Matters Arising:

Following the incident at the New Year Rally where a members behaviour had been unacceptable, the member was banned from North London Centre and subsequently from the Caravan Club.

  1. Chairman’s Report:

No Rallies have been run since New Year but the feedback regarding the Valentines Rally has been positive.

  1. Secretary’s Report

Nothing to discuss since last meeting.

  1. Treasurer’s Report

As per the previous meeting the books for the NLCCC are still with the accountants.

  1. Rally Secretary’s Report

The Rally Secretary is looking at the possibility of holding a rally at Muggeridge Farm for May and Cheddar for Easter 2018.

Also looking at some of the bigger rallies being held with Herts and the Bucks Centres.

  1. Social Secretary’s Report

Nothing to report.

  1. H.C.I.R

A meeting was held on Thursday 09th March 2017 where all was going to plan. The itinerary is being planned with ‘Play Your Cards Right’ on the Thursday, a duo on Friday and a 40/50’s band for the Saturday night.

  1. Regional

A meeting was held in January. Middlesex will be holding the rally. Venue to be confirmed.

  1. Website

Booking should now be coming through to the Rally Officers.

  1. Any Other Business

The Chairmans Rally was discussed and a booking form will be required for the deposit.

Thanks was received for the way the problem at the New Year Rally was dealt with and for the support received from members of the committee.

The books have now come back from the Accountants. The treasurer discussed the findings.

The Rally Secretary has provided a provisional list of the rallies for 2018 and has confirmed the majority of the rallies

The next meeting is to be held on 20th April 2017.

A meeting was held on 15th March 2017 where a presentation of the new logo was shown.

Letterheads need to be changed to show the new logo.

Phil Crouch has asked what logo/name would we like on the centre clothing. Various options are open such as ‘North London’, ‘ North London Centre’ etc

Next rally will be held during the Easter Rally. Time to be confirmed.
