Your role as a TPD if applicable(to include responsibilities, availability for meetings, feedback from group teaching, progress against last year’s objectives)
Your role as a Supervisory Trainer if applicable (to include number of Trainers supervised, last accreditation, successes and difficulties encountered, feedback received)
