Here is my second catalogue of 2014, a little later than I planned for various reasons, but hopefully worth the wait.
As you are no doubt aware Royal Mail increased their rates again in March, these continual hikes are making the mailing out of PAPER catalogues uneconomic. Whilst I do not intend to stop issuing paper catalogues in the short term, I do think their days are numbered. If you are able to receive your catalogues by email instead of by post please let me know asap.
Obviously it is also uneconomic to mail out paper catalogues to individuals who don’t place orders. I will be monitoring this. Anyone not ordering at least one book per year (usually 3 catalogues with over 1000 books to choose from!) will be deleted from my mailing list. So if you like to browse but not buy, switch to email catalogues.
For parcels weighing over 1kg.to a UK address, I am using My Hermes Couriers. They are considerably cheaper than Royal Mail parcels. I have used them extensively now, and had no problems. If you wish me to send your order by Royal Mail, I gladly will BUT it will be more costly.
