Vossekuil returns to North American Title Co. as vice president – regional manager, builder services and special projects for Northern California
The industry veteran will expandthe subdivision presence for NAT in the region
CONCORD, CALIF. – Aug. 7, 2013 –Rick Vossekuil has rejoined North American Title Co. (NAT) as vice president – regionalmanager, builder services and special projects. He brings to this position 30 years of industry experience, knowledge and relationships dedicated to builder services, special projects and commercial sales.
Beginning his career as a title company branch manager, Vossekuil later joined NAT's commercial and new homes division in the San Francisco Bay Area, where he held the position of vice president and manager for 10 years.
Subsequently, he joined another title company as sales manager for its builder-services division, spending 16 years and improving the company’s market share substantially in that sector. Most recently, he spent two years with True Life Communities of San Ramon, where he managedcapital relations and investor communications.
Vossekuil is a member of the Home Builder Association of Northern California and the California Building Association, and has received the President’s Award and Chairman’s Award from both organizations. He is active in the Concord Chamber of Commerce and Rotary Club and is also a fully sworn peace officer in the Concord Police Reserve. He holds an associate degree in business from DiabloValleyCollege.
