o General questions affecting all suppliers may be routed to Barb and the DAC can determine if they should be included in the all council questions or sent to Noridian (Cindy) only for research/response.
· JW Modifier
o LCDs for External Infusion Pumps, IVIG and Nebulizers updated with JW modifier instructions for billing for discarded biologicals
· QMB
o Enrollees cannot be billed for deductibles, coinsurance, co-payments
o CR 9911 published 2/15/2017 provides information on new remittance advice indicators to assist in identifying these beneficiaries
