Noni Ramundo was born and lived until 4th grade in Japan where her father served in the U.S. military and an Army chaplain led her to saving faith in the Lord Jesus. She is a graduate of Spring Arbor University, has been married to her Free Methodist pastor husband, Thomas, for 45 years, and is the mother of 2 married daughters who have given her 3 grandchildren.
Noni has been active in leading worship and speaking for women's events. Her hobbies include hosta gardening, kayaking, running, cycling, and mountain hiking. Summers find Noni and Thomas enjoying Major League Baseball games. Each Christmas Noni invites friends, neighbors, students, Bible study groups, and clubs to view her 200 plus collection of nativities.
During the eight years her husband was Southern Michigan Conference Superintendent, Noni hosted 194 dinners in their home for boards, committees, and other groups.
“I am excited to be with all of you in September. The Lord has been speaking to me from Psalm 27:8 and 9 so I say with King David, "My heart has heard You say, 'Come away and talk with me'. And my heart responds, 'Lord, I am coming'". I realize when we say to the Lord "Here I am", He returns the favor and says, "Here I am too. I'm here for you." What a grand thought that the Lord desires to meet with us. Oh, it's going to be a wonderful retreat!”
