4. Approval of 10-02-17 Regular Meeting Minutes.

7. Declare a Canon Imagerunner 5570 printer and a Canon MF8050 printer as surplus.

OTHER BUSINESS

8. Consideration and possible action with regard to approval of a resolution asking the Oklahoma State Legislature to prohibit the use of tobacco for anyone under the age of 21. Presentation by the Noble SWAT Team.

9. Consideration and possible action with regard to approval of an amended fine and bond schedule.

10. Consideration and possible action with regard to contracting with BNB Technology for cyber security equipment and service.

11. Consideration and possible action with regard to approval of a contract with JWebb & Associates, LLC to assist Noble in an application to the Federal Railroad Commission to establish Quiet Zones at Noble’s railroad crossings.

12. Consideration and possible action with regard to approval of Ordinance 555 rezoning a 3.6 Acre Tract owned by RCL Investments, LLC, being a part of the NW/4 of Sec.22 Township 8 North Range 2 West, previously described as Tract 7 from A-1 (Agricultural) to C-3 (Community Commercial).

13. Discussion of the 9-30-17 Budget Report and possible action with regard to approval of a budget clarification report.
