CIRCULAR
It is for the information of all Exporters, Importers, Handling Agents and concerned Port Users that Application for allotment of storage area for cargo purpose inside the Port prohibited area will only be received through online mode with effect from 29.05.2015 as has been already uploaded in Paradip Port website. Users need to log on to PPT website ‘ for submitting online application. In addition to this applicant have to submit the hard copy of complete set of application alongwith all the enclosures already submitted during submitting online application on the same day of uploading the application to the Traffic Manager,PPT.
Application for allotment of storage area inside Port prohibited area not submitted online with effect from 29.05.2015 will not be entertained.
It is also for the information of all concerned that 12(twelve) applications (as per the attached list at Annexure-I) which have already been received by PPT for allotment of storage area as per their seniority from the date of receipt of application shall be processed for allotment of plot as per normal practices after which all other online applications will be processed.
