Sub: - Traffic block for 168 hours in continuation for replacement of broken PSC sleepers, rail renewal and repairs to washable apron at platform no. 03 at NDLS station.

Ref: - Sr. DOM/DLI letter no. 167-T/Plan/Tfc. Block/WA/PF no.3/NDLS dated 04.10.17.

In reference to above, the competent authority has sanctioned traffic block for 168 hours in continuation for replacement of broken PSC sleepers, rail renewal and repairs to washable apron at platform no. 03 at NDLS station from 00.00 Hrs of 05.10.17 (Thursday) to 24.00 Hrs of 11.10.17 (Wednesday).

The repercussions of block would be as under: -

Cancellation: -

1. Train no 12419 LKO-NDLS JCO 05.10.17 to 11.10.17 will be cancelled. Link train no 14212 NDLS-AGC JCO 05.10.17 to 11.10.17 will remain cancelled.
2. Train no 14211 AGC-NDLS JCO 05.10.17 to 11.10.17 will be cancelled. Link train no 12420 NDLS-LKO JCO 05.10.17 to 11.10.17 will remain cancelled
3. Train no 14682 JUC-NDLS JCO 05.10.17 to 11.10.17 will be cancelled. Link train no 12459 NDLS-ASR JCO 05.10.17 to 11.10.17 will remain cancelled.
4. Train no 12460 ASR-NDLS JCO 05.10.17 to 11.10.17 will be cancelled. Link train no 14681 NDLS-JUC JCO 05.10.17 to 11.10.17 will remain cancelled.
5. Train no 64470 PNP-NDLS ladies spl. JCO 05.10.17 to 11.10.17 will be cancelled. Link train no 64469 NDLS-PNP JCO 05.10.17 to 11.10.17 will remain cancelled.
6. Train no. 64491 PWL-NDLS ladies spl. JCO 05.10.17 to 11.10.17 will be cancelled. Link train no 64492 NDLS-PWL JCO 05.10.17 to 11.10.17 will remain cancelled. ECR of 64492 of 4.10.17 will go to NZM ex PWL.
7. Train no. 64912 ROK-NDLS JCO 05.10.17 to 11.10.17 will be cancelled. Link train no 64911 NDLS-ROK JCO 05.10.17 to 11.10.17 will remain cancelled. ECR of 94913 will remain at ROK and will work as 64932 ROK-DLI.
8. Train no. 64087 NZM-NDLS JCO 05.10.17 to 11.10.17 will be cancelled. Link train no 64097 NDLS-SSB JCO 05.10.17 to 11.10.17 will remain cancelled. ECR of 64089 will go to SSB via DAL to work as 64034 SSB-GZB.

Diversion: -

1. Train no. 64015 PWL-SSB JCO 05.10.17 to 11.10.17 to be diverted via NZM-DSJ-SSB and will remain cancelled between NZM-NDLS-DBSI.

Short termination/ Short origination: -

1. Train no 12192 JBP-NDLS JCO 04.10.17 to 10.10.17 will be short terminated at NZM. Link train no 12191 NDLS-JBP JCO 5.10.17 to 11.10.17 will be short originated ex NZM. Train no 12192/12191 will remain cancelled between NZM-NDLS and vice versa.

Regulation: -

1. Train no 16317/16687/11449/16031/19803 will be regulated at NZM up to 23.00 hrs.

Traction of following trains will be change at SSB: -

1 12137 CSTM-FZR JCO 04.10.17 to 10.10.17

1. 12138 FZR-CSTM JCO 04.10.17 to 10.10.17
2. 19023 BDTS-FZR JCO 04.10.17 to 10.10.17
3. 19024 FZR-BDTS JCO 05.10.17 to 11.10.17
4. 12485 NED-SGNR JCO 05.10.17, 8.10.17 and 9.10.17
5. 12486 SGNR-NED JCO 06.10.17, 7.10.17 and 10.10.17
6. 12422 ASR-NED JCO 9.10.17

• NER and NWR please provided diesel power to train no. 12555/56 from end to end,

1. 12555 GKP-HSR JCO 05.10.17 to 10.10.17 to run with diesel entire route.
2. 12556 HSR-GKP JCO 05.10.17 to 11.10.17 to run with diesel entire route.

Note: -

• The berthing of 25 M/Exp / Passenger trains will be shifted to other platforms (Detail THP enclosed).
• Summary of cancellation/short termination/origination/regulation of M/Exp./Passenger trains is attached annexure.

Advise all concerned accordingly. Wide publicity should be given through PA system and proper announcement must be ensured regarding cancellation/short termination/origination/regulation of trains for the information of general public. Ensure due safety measured/precautions are taken at work site during the block.
