1. All games will be played at Northside Park (506 East 22nd Street, Newton).

Please read schedule carefully.

3. There will be a ten-minute grace period for the first game only.

Disciplinary Guidelines as it pertains to Parents Code of Ethics

Level 1 (30 Days)

·  Use of profanity at any Newton Parks and Recreation Department sanctioned youth or adult athletic event. This would include but is not limited to practices, games, and skills assessments.

·  Use of lewd, profane or obscene gestures towards any person(s) at any Newton Parks and Recreation Department sanctioned youth or adult athletic event. This would include but is not limited to practices, games, and skills assessments.

·  Refusal to leave a Newton Parks and Recreation Department youth or adult event after being asked to by an official or a staff member.

·  Disrespect of supervisor, staff, and/or officials.

Level 2 (30 – 180 Days)

·  Use of profanity at any Newton Parks and Recreation Department sanctioned youth or adult athletic event. This would include but is not limited to practices, games, and skills assessments. (2nd Offense)

·  Use of lewd, profane or obscene gestures towards any person(s) at any Newton Parks and Recreation Department sanctioned youth or adult athletic event. This would include but is not limited to practices, games, and skills assessments. (2nd Offense)

·  Disrespect of supervisor, staff, and/or officials. (2nd Offense)

Level 3 (180 Days – 2 years)

·  Refusal to leave a Newton Parks and Recreation Department event after being asked to by an official or a staff member. (2nd Offense)

·  Possession of or under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.

·  Use of profanity at any Newton Parks and Recreation Department sanctioned youth or adult athletic event. This would include but is not limited to practices, games, and skills assessments. (3rd Offense)

·  Use of lewd, profane or obscene gestures towards any person(s) at any Newton Parks and Recreation Department sanctioned youth or adult athletic event. This would include but is not limited to practices, games, and skills assessments. (3rd Offense)

·  Disrespect of supervisor, staff, and/or officials. (3rd Offense)

·  Fighting

·  Threatening Supervisor (1st Offense)

Level 4 (2 years – permanent)

·  Possession of firearms. (Permanent)

·  Threatening Supervisor (2nd Offense)
