Parking

  • Civic West Carpark is the nearest parking station and is located on Gibson Street..
  • Walking distance – Approximately 6 minutes / 450 m.
  • On-street parking is available around City Hall.
  • 1 access parking bay located in Christie streetand 3 access parking bays are located in Burwood street adjacent to City Hall.
  • Walking distance – Approximately 1 to 3 minutes.
  • Drop off and pick up areas – Entry via side entrances preferred while building works are in progress at the main entrance on King street. Elevator located at Eastern end of City Hall for wheelchair and mobility access. Taxis and private vehicles for patrons with access or mobility requirements may drop off at this entrance.

  • Box office – On the night of the performance only.Located in 1st floor foyer. Ticket purchases and collections are all available from the same location.

All access bookings should be made directly with the box office by telephone or in person so we can provide the appropriate information for arrival and access requirements. Please note that free tickets & accessible seating options cannot be booked online.
