Coat Check & Valet: Included with the package.

Dining Room: Round tables of 8, 10 & 12 are available. If you wish, a head dais can be set up accordingly.

Tableware: The color of the club’s linen is white. At an additional cost we can rent almost any color type of linen or chair cover, lace or overlay that you may wish.

Florist/Music

Photographer: The club can provide recommendations or you are free

to select your own. We do ask that any outside vendors

contact us directly for instructions on how to enter the building and coordination of delivery etc. Insurance forms are necessary.

Menu’s

Guarantees: Selection of menus are necessary two months in advance

for your event. Final guaranteed guest count is required one week prior to your function. This number will become the minimum number for which you will be charged.

Overtime: Overtime charges are based on a per person count for any portion after 5 hours at the rate of $15.00 per person per hour.

Musicians/D.J. & Entrées are available for the band, D.J. members , or

Photographer photographer and Video at $40.00 Per Person.

Meals:

A 25% Deposit (non- refundable) is required to reserve the date.

75% of the estimated balance is due 30 days prior to the event
