General information

1)First draft: Please provide a first draft when available (at a minimum an outline should be included with the proposal). This will give the national bodies a better understanding of the scope and purpose of the project.

2)Adoption criteria #1: A proposal shall be adopted if 55% or more of the votes (abstentions not counted) are in favor (EN/TS) and count for 65% or more of the population of countries voted. A TR shall be adopted when a simple majority is in favor.

3)Adoption criteria #2: At least 5 CEN members will need to participate actively in the development of the project, at least by commenting on working drafts.

4)Formatting: The information provided in this form is required for registering the project in the CEN. The registration procedure will remove all formatting and figures.
