How to access real-time info

To get real-time information about your service:

App: Download the MyTransLink app on to your smartphone, go to the ‘Find stops’ search and enter your location (stop/station/ terminal name, stop ID or address).

Web: Visit translink.com.au, go to the ‘Real-time stop and stations search’ and enter your location (stop/station/terminal name, stop ID or address).

QR code: With your smartphone, scan the QR code displayed at your stop (if available).

Call: Ring our Contact Centre on 13 12 30 anytime.

Get real-time info on your smartphone

The real-time info system will replace the TripTracker system trialled in Logan and on selected Brisbane services.

The new system provides information through your smartphone and allows access to real-time service info wherever you go in South East Queensland, whether by bus, train, ferry or tram.

Although the new system doesn’t have on-board displays, you can set the ‘alerts’ feature in the MyTransLink app to get an alert before arriving at your stop. The ‘alerts’ feature is available for all services in South East Queensland.

Passenger information displays at stops will continue to show real-time information. You can also call our Contact Centre anytime for information on any route or to help plan your journey on 13 12 30.

Introducing the MyTransLink app

MyTransLink app puts bus, train, ferry and tram information in the palm of your hand with customisable features.

You can use MyTransLink app to access real-time service information, including:

•My Stops: save your favourite stop/s for quick and easy access

•Alerts: know when you are within 400 metres of your destination

•My Services: get updates on your favourite services sent directly to your smartphone.

The MyTranslink app supports accessibility functions on both iOS and Android, including text-to-voice, zoom, inverted colours, LED flash and vibration for alerts.
