System wall protection paneling made of a 7 mm non-flammable compact plate
A2-s1, d0 according to DIN EN 13501-1, concealed screw fastening by means of a special attachment disk and surface flush material washers in color and structure combination. The rough core is concealed by a continuous cover profile made of aluminum.

Internal corners must abut flush. The panels are smoothly milled and chamfered around the circumference. At the abutting edges, the panels are connected by a continuous spring from a height of 350 mm.

The system wall protection must be mounted in the right direction.
When installing the panels, the room temperature/climate should be approximately the same as during later use (23 °C).
System wall protection screwed on with flat head screw made of stainless steel. Please note that the screw does not affix the plate. For this purpose, a stepped bore must be used instead of a simple bore. In the first lower fold, the plate is held by means of a shim disk; in the upper fold the material plate is perfectly flush in the step bore. The material washer is made of the same material as the plate and is 2 mm thick. This will allow for virtually invisible fastening. The plate is not affixed as a result.
Distance of the screws from each other: max. 800 mm.

Cover profile made of aluminum
The cover profile is mounted on three sides without a seam at the panel. The front viewing edge of the cover profile is 7 mm around the circumference.
The panel edges additionally include a groove for inserting the cover profiles.

Produce outer corner 90°/135°, made of a 7 mm thick aluminum bracket, unfinished, anodized as an additional allowance to System wall protection interior impact7.
The outer corner must be integrated flush into the system wall protection.
The aluminum bracket is glued directly onto the wall.
The vertical butt joint to the adjacent panel is flush.
