5.Housing Inventory Chart (HIC) – training held on June 17, 2015

6.HMIS – Subcommittee reports from anyone who participated in:

HMIS data should always be current. But, HMIS data for CoC renewal projects must be submitted prior to June 29, 2015* (DCED’s final data run) to complete ranking process.

7.ESG

  • ESG County Application Review
  • Applications from Monroe County participants are due to Karen Ezzo
  • Actual submission to DCED on July 31, 2015

8.NOFA for CoC funds – Andy

9.Ranking & Renewal Committee – Eastern CoC has approved its ranking procedure. See attached 2015 – Eastern PA Renewal Ranking Criteria.

10.CoC Board Meeting Update – Leslie

11.Ad Hoc Employee Committee – In response to concerns raised about assisting persons with employment, DMA will do a presentation called “Strategies Around Employment” to the Pocono RHAB. This presentation will be scheduled for Fall 2015. (Actual date TBD)

Driving Directions:

From I-80 East: Exit at 303 (9th Street). Go through 4 lights. After Aldi's, get in the left lane and turn left onto Phillips Street. Go about 1/2 mile. Turn left on Sunrise Drive and take the second parking lot entrance on the right. Cooperative Extension is in the only two-story building, on the second floor. Enter through the double door and take the elevator or stairs to the second floor.

From I-80 West: Exit at 304 (Main Street). Turn left onto Main Street. Turn left at the light onto 8th Street after Dunkin Donuts and follow until you come to a T which is Phillips Street. Turn right onto Phillips and then turn left onto Sunrise and take the 2nd parking lot entrance on the right. Extension is in the only 2-story building. Enter through double door and take the elevator or stairs to the 2nd floor.
