Mandatory Meeting/Constituent Enhancements: SAAC, Compliance/Rules, FARA, SWA, VP Level, and Ethnic Minority Athletic Administrator.

Tier one will function as it has in the past, with the additional requirement to support ethnic minority professional development at least once in a two year period. Eligible individuals include: ethnic minority administrators, ethnic minority coaches (for events other than coaches conventions), any individual attending an event focused on diversifying an applicant pool, and ethnic minority student-athletes with athletics administration career interests. Eligible events include (but are not limited to) MOAA programs, NCAA hosted event, BCA Convention, NADIIIAA summer forum, NACDA Convention, NCAA Convention and Regional Rules Seminars.
Please describe in detail how the S-AAC Grant funds will be used, what is expected to be accomplished, and how the funds will enhance your SAAC program.
Regarding other items of Mandatory Meeting/Constituent Enhancements, if you use the funds for anything other than travel and registration, please describe in detail how the funds will be used, what will be accomplished, and how will the funds enhance your campus. You need not respond if all funds are to be used for travel and registration costs; however, specific processes for annual allocation of funds to constituent groups should be developed and maintained on file in the and available upon request.

Four-Year Rotation Cycle Enhancements: Student-Athlete Well Being/Community Service Initiatives, Sportsmanship, Diversity and Gender Equity, and Identity and Integration Symposiums
There is no minimum amount that must be spent on any of these topics. There is simply a requirement that each area be addressed in some manner over a four year period. In fact, a conference may use funding from sources other than the grant program to address these four areas.
