§ Direction Signs- Katie
§ Name Tags- Katie purchased at Office Depot
§ Registration Table- 3 board members at the table each day, must prompt members to write names on nametags
· Day 1- Lindsey, Stephen, Maranda
· Day 2- Tina, Whitney, Rebecca
§ Encouraging carpooling- Validated parking tickets have already been purchased and NCAHEAD will be reimbursed for unused parking tickets
o Breakout session for community colleges
§ Community College Institutional Memberships- clarify that institutional memberships at community colleges should be specified and can be changed as personnel changes at the college
o Business Meeting
§ Board members will stand at board meeting for members to see all board members
§ No printed agenda
§ Katie-welcome, intro of current board members
§ Stephen- overview of membership drive for Spring Conference
§ Lindsay- overview of the budget
§ Katie- host institutions do not have to pay for conference registration (requires vote at spring conference to be placed in the bylaws)
§ Katie- spring elections- president elect, secretary,
§ Katie- spring conference location- Davidson County Community College
o Budget- $14,000- by Lindsay
§ $11,480 total before conference registration
§ Total Cost of conference- $6457.67

§ Registered members attending Fall Conference-roughly 85
· Spring Conference idea- membership drive
o $35- $40 registration for Spring Conference
o Suzanne and Stephen have been working together on an e-flyer to reach out to colleges and universities who are not NCAHEAD members
o Proposed idea- phone call campaign for new members to join (after fall conference, late fall)
o Proposed idea- share budgetary/ membership info with members via Google drive to increase transparency from board to members
