ORDER:
In reference 1st cited above the District Educational Officer Anantapur instructed all the Headmasters of the High schools to relieve the subject teachers who are handling IX and X classes to enable them to attend the 5 days in-service training conducted by RMSA in Residential mode during Summer vacation 2010.
In reference 2nd cited above the Commissioner and Director of School Education Andhra Pradesh Hyderabad issued instructions to preserve Earned leave to the teachers who attended In-service training during summer vacation of 2010.
The teachers working in this institution, who attended in-service training in residential mode at various venues during summer vacation 2010, submitted their attendance certificates and requested the undersigned to preserve Earned leave.
In pursuance of the instructions issued in reference 2nd cited and on the strength of the attendance certificates issued by the Course Directors Earned leave is preserved to the following teachers working in this institution. The number of days of Earned leave preserved is noted against their names.

Further the individuals are informed that if this crediting of Earned Leave if found erroneous in future the E.L. excess credited shall be debited from the leave account of individual without any prior notice of assigning reasons.
