Article III, Section 2 reads in part: --- Obligations of the Active Member shall include attending at least five (5) meetings a year and participation in all club activities both financially and physically. The Active Member must volunteer to serve on a committee or be placed on one where needed and also must provide refreshments and serve on the hospitality committee once a year. ----

Article IV, Section 1 reads: Annual dues for an Active Member shall be $55.00.
