PLEASE TAKE THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ALONG WITH YOUR WHIPPET TO A NPWRA APPROVED SECONDER:
1. This Document
2. Seconding Sheet
3. Stamped Envelope (at least A5) addressed to the Passport officer – Dougie Hood, 18 Walnut Tree Ground, Fyfield, Andover, Hants, SP11 8EH.
4. Stamped Envelope (at least A5) addressed to yourself.
5. A registration fee of £5.00 – cheques to be made payable to NPWRA
6. A copy of the KC registration certificate showing you as the registered owner (This will not be returned)
7. A copy of a five generation pedigree for your whippet. (This will not to be returned)
8. One colour photograph of each of the following views of your dog and signed on the back by the Seconder:
1. Left profile 2. Right profile3. Front view 4. Rear View, All photographs to be 5-6” X 4” with the dog in center of photo
ENSURE ALL VIEWS SHOW ALL DISTINGUISHING MARKS AND REAR VIEW SHOWS NECK & EARS
A copy of the photographs emailed would be of great assistance to the Passport Officer()
9. Vaccination card to be shown to Seconder.
The Seconder is then responsible for sending the application with all items to the Passport Officer once they have completed the Seconders Sheet.

Whippet must be at least 11 months old at time of measuring. When measured if a bitch is 197/8” or more and a dog 207/8” or more then it will be re-measured by 3 committee members and must be found to meet the height requirements before the passport is issued.
