1. How can anyone apply for the advertised post?
Ans:-Open the web browser and type on URL (address bar) (www.bameti.org or
www.agri.bih.nic.in) , Click on ‘Online Apply for ATM/BTM/Accountant. The home
page of Online application will open.
2. How can an applicant will proceed to apply online?
Ans:- Open the web browser and type on URL (www.bameti.org or www.agri.bih.nic.in),
Click on ‘Online Apply for ATM/BTM/Accountant'. Home page of Online application "
will open. You will find 6 (six) link there-
i)View Advertisement, ii) Online Apply, iii) User Manual for the post of BTM,
iv) User Manual for the post of ATM and v) User Manual for the post of Accountant
3. How can an applicant will get his/her User ID & Password?
Ans:- Step I- The applicant will read the Advertisement and User Manual carefully before
apply.
Step II- Click the 'Online Apply' link,
Step III- The home page will open,
Step IV- Click the 'New Registration' link and
Step VI- Proceed to fill up the required information like Name, Father's Name, Category, Date of birth, District, Mobile Number, E-mail ID, Gender and Password (as quoted earlier) .
Step VII- Click on Register.
A User ID and Password will created and displayed in message box. The system will
automatically send the same message (User ID and Password) to the applicant's mobile.
4. Does an applicant who is not the resident of Bihar, can apply for the post of Block
Technology Manager/ Assistant Technology Manager/ Accountant?
Ans:- Yes. An Indian citizen can apply for the post of Block Technology Manager/ Assistant
Technology Manager/ Accountant.
5. Does an applicant can apply for the post of BTM/ATM (both) for more than one
district?
Ans:- No. An applicant can not apply for the post of BTM & ATM (both) in more than one district, but he can apply for BTM & ATM posts in one district.
6. Does an applicant can apply for the post of Accountant for more than one district?
Ans:- No. An applicant can not apply for the post of Accountant in more than one district.
7. Does an applicant of other state (out of Bihar) is entitled for the benefit of Category
Reservation?
Ans:- No. The applicants of other state (out of Bihar) is not entitled for the benefit of
Category Reservation.
8. Does the graduate of other discipline are entitled to apply for the post of Block
Technology Manager & Assistant Technology Manager?
Ans:- No. The applicant who has not graduate degree in said discipline (mentioned in advertisement), he is not entitled to apply for the post of BTM & ATM.
9. Does the Post Graduate degree holders (not mentioned in advertisement) is entitled
to get bonus marks?
Ans:- No. The Post Graduate degree holders (not mentioned in advertisement) is not entitled to get bonus marks?
10. Does the post of Block Technology Manager/ Assistant Technology Manager/
Accountant may become permanent post in future?
Ans:- No. The post of Block Technology Manager/ Assistant Technology Manager/ Accountant are the post of ATMA scheme. These posts will not become permanent.
11. Does the fresher agriculture/allied subjects graduate is entitled to apply for the post
of Block Technology Manager?
Ans:- No. The fresher agriculture/ allied subjects graduate is not entitled to apply for the post of Block Technology Manager. The minimum qualifications for the post of BTM is agriculture/ allied subjects graduate with 02 yrs. working experience in GoB/GoI or his sponsored scheme/s (along with 03 months computer operation certificate), which is clearly mentioned in advertisement.
12 Does the fresher agriculture/ allied subjects graduate is entitled to apply for the
post of Assistant Technology Manager?
Ans:- Yes. the fresher agriculture/ allied subjects graduate is entitled to apply for the post of
Assistant Technology Manager.
13. Does fresher B. Com. graduate is entitled to apply for the post of Accountant?
Ans:- No. The fresher B. Com. Graduate is not entitled to apply for the post of Accountant.
The minimum qualifications for the post of Accountant is B. Com. Graduate with 03
yrs. working experience in GoB/GoI or his sponsored scheme/s, OR Agri-Business
related agency, which is clearly mentioned in advertisement.
14. What will be the remuneration of the advertised posts?

15. How an applicant will correct his/ her mistake done during/ completion of application form?
