Use the consultant behaviors in entry and contracting sheet and have the members of the training group share one on one or in teams if they are broken out that way.

Please note that in this scenario, you will break the participants out into groups of three. One will serve as a client, a second will serve as the consultant and the third person serves as the observer. All three participants will share a real life entry and contracting situation they are about to deal with and of the three stories, the group will decide which one to use for the practicum. Let them self-select the roles they play in this scenario. / Facilitators for support

The practicum scenario and instructions are include in the handout. Participants will break out into client and consulting teams and play out the scenario twice in each role. A facilitator will observe and give process feedback after 20 minutes. The roles will switch at that point and the facilitator will observe and give process feedback a second time / Pull from fishbowl
