6. Consumer Cancellation Rights

6.1 The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, give consumers the right to cancel after purchasing a course online, and receive a refund. This right lasts for 8 working days after purchase.

6.2 Once the consumer has paid for the course, they will have to wait 8 working days to receive their login details unless they email or write in and waive their right to a refund. They will then receive their login details earlier, and their cancellation rights will end once they receive their login details.

7.1 Payment of courses are made immediately via PayPal on this website and as soon as the monies have cleared, you will be issued with a Password and User name.
