DUTIES:

Review current course materials and previous analyses of Course 50310.

Attend kickoff meeting and/or facility site visits as required, via onsite or remote participation.

Develop survey questions and review survey feedback, participate in interviews if required, work with instructional system design specialists to develop appropriate instructional strategies to recommend in the analysis report.

Review documents and provide edits, as needed.

BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE:

At least one year experience as Support Specialist Training at an En Route or Terminal facility - and - have previously completed Course 50310.

REQUIREMENTS:

The participation of Subject Matter Experts (SME) is critical in ensuring a collaborative approach for conducting a Gap Analysis for Course 50310, Facility Training Administration (FTA). This course consists of classroom and lab instruction on identification of training orders and documents, training administration requirements, records management, facility training responsibilities, qualification training requirements, tracking employee training, proficiency training requirements, and documentation. A strong emphasis is placed on workshop activity and the importance of the FAA Order 3120.4, Air Traffic Technical Training.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Travel and/or remote work may be required and coordinated on an individual or ad hoc basis until an integrated master schedule is released. Work days will be 8 hours (approximately 0800 to 1630) with meal and breaks. No work will be done on holidays.

Project duration expected to be up to four (4) months after initial kickoff meeting (TBD).

TRAVEL:Travel may be required, schedule TBD. Remote work, at facility, may be required for telcons and to review documents. Travel will be paid by AJI, Office of Safety and Technical Training.
