NOTICE INVITING BIDS FOR LEASED PREMISES
Vijaya Bank, Regional Office,Udupi invites sealed bids under 2 bid system for leased premises in ground floor IN KOTATOTTU, Udupi Dist. For new Branch premises as detailed below:
Terms and conditions
1)The premises should be located in main road, place in KOTATOTTU
2)Area required for the leased premises is around 1000sq.ft.
3)Area offered should be completely in GROUND FLOOR ONLY.
4)Interested parties who have clear marketable title may submit their offer under 2 covers super scribed as ‘Technical Bid for KOTATOTTU premises’ and ‘Price Bid for KOTATOTTU premises’respectively.
5)Technical bid should contain the details of the specification of the premises.
6)Price bid shall contain nothing but rent aspect of the premises without any condition.
7)Cost of the bid amount : Rs.250/- to be enclosed along with the technical bid by DD favouring Vijaya Bank, payable at Udupi, which is non-refundable.
8)Last date for submission of bid: 03.11.2015 up to 4.00 PM
9)Bid documents should be addressed to The Asst. General Manager, Vijaya BANK, Regional office Udupi in a sealed cover super scribed as ‘Technical Bid for KOTATOTTU premises’ and ‘Price Bid for KOTATOTTU premises’ separately.
10)Offer of technical bid and price bid submitted in the same cover will not be entertained. It should be submitted in 2 covers separately.
11)Priority will be given to the premises offered by Public Sector Banks/ undertakings/ Government Departments.
12)Offer received later than above date / through the brokers would be rejected.
13)Bank reserves the right to reject any / all the bids without assigning any reason whatsoever.

14. I / we agree to construct / provide the following:
  • Repair work of the premises will be done by me/ us.
  • White washing/ colour washing of the premises will be done at my/our cost.
  • Execute the lease as per bank’s format.
  • Registration charges will be borne by the bank/ owners on 50:50 basis.
  • During the pendency of lease, bank has got the option to vacate the premises by giving one month’s notice.
  • Providing minimum of 2 toilets for gents / ladies staff members.
  • Agree to construct strong room as per RBI specifications after providing strong room door by the bank. Rooms for accommodating UPS and stationery items will be constructed.
  • For every 100 sq.ft. one light point and one power points of 5 Amps and 15 Amps each and for every 200 sq.ft. one fan point should be provided.
  • Agree to provide 4 inch thick 2 ft rack in the banking hall at lintel level / at 7 ft height from ground .
  • Car parking facility
  • Water facility in the premises
  • Sewerage facility in the premises.
  • Agree to provide grills to all the windows.
  • Agree to provide collapsible & rolling shutter in the front entrance.
  • Separate meter for electricity/ water charges.
  • The owners should undertake to provide required electricity/power load for the present and future requirements of the branch at their cost.
  • A separate sloping ramp along with handrail at the entrance for physically challenged persons will be provided.
