Instructions for Printing
- Do not adjust the page setup or margins. The layout has been specifically set to produce double-sided cards approx. 5” x 7.5”.
- Set up your printer for Letter Size (8.5” x 11”), single-sided printing, two pages per sheet. This will shrink the pages to the proper size.
- After each sheet is printed, cut each checklist card from the sheet. Trim the bottom edge approx. 1” and side margins approx. 1/4” (or as needed) to achieve approx. 5” x 7.5” finished size.
- Place two cards back-to-back, creating a double-sided checklist card. Laminate. Trim laminate to approx. 1/8” margin around paper, and round or bevel corners of laminate to remove any sharp edges.
- You may wish to print on cardstock for added stiffness, or place 1-2 blank sheets of paper on the inside of the checklist card (i.e. between the printed sheets). This is simple and effective at stiffening the card.
