My Name Is Suzie Riley and I Am the Picture Coordinator for Region 152 AYSO Soccer

Hello Parents,

My name is Suzie Riley and I am the Picture Coordinator for region 152 AYSO soccer.

This year AYSO soccer pictures will be on October 3rd. A Make-up day will be scheduled later date. Make-up day is for individuals that could not make the original picture date, individual with red eyes, picture too dark. Make-up day is not about the whole team. There is always someone that cannot make the date. This will make everything run more smoothly and everyone will get to their games on time.

Picture Location: Villa Norte Park (adjacent to Kumeyaay Elementary School).

Parking is available on Camino de Oro (back side of park), at Kumeyaay Elementary, or at the Mormon Church across from Kumeyaay. DO NOT PARK ON ANTIGUA NEXT TO THE PARK, AS THIS IS A BIKE LANE.

Please bring the following on your respective picture day:

 Each player parent is to provide a completed picture order form. (whether you are ordering or not). If you want to fill it out before, forms are attached to this email. However, we will have forms on site to be filled out on picture day if you prefer to do it then. If you are not coming with your child, please send them with a completed form.

 Each coach is to bring a nice clean soccer ball for the individuals photo.

 Remember to bring your BANNER for the team photo.

For those of you who are new to soccer or volunteering for the position of Picture Parent,

your duties are:

 When all your team has shown up, please check in first with me. They need to be lined up shortest to tallest and I will direct you on the lawn.

 Please collect all the completed picture forms from all your players, ready to give them to the photographer.

 Please make sure that the boys/girls do not bring their soccer balls.

The picture schedule for the entire region is shown on the following page. Please find your team’s division and coach’s name to locate what time you should arrive to Villa Norte Park (2nd column) and your picture time (3rd column).

Please, Please, Please arrive at the Villa Norte Park 15 minutes before your scheduled picture time. We need this time for you to fill out the paperwork - if you haven’t already done so, collect paperwork, and to get your team lined up.
