It is running in Mainframe Systems. Shinko Server is Java based server application for enhancing STEP with new features.

This system will do the following functionality, buy and sell various types shares, IPO, book building, keep track of customer information, getting the exchange rate, checking against government and country rules and norms, brokerage commission calculation based on the various factors, logging the system activity, audit trail.

This system provides multi branch access with very high security and it is highly available.
