Murphy Trainings for NJEA Members in the South

Calling all South Jersey NJEA Leaders, Activists and Members:
Are you ready to take your advocacy to the next level? Come learn how the New Jersey governor's race will impact you and your work fighting for relief on Chapter 78, trying to save our pensions and post-retirement health benefits, saving jobs and thwarting privatization, and reversing the trends of over-testing and unfair teacher evaluations.
NJEA is hosting three trainings where members can learn strategies to build capacity and strengthen member advocacy in their locals and how this work ties into electing our next governor.
Earlier this year, NJEA invited members to provide input on their issues of concern and how we might address them with the next governor. Thank you to all those who participated in prior meetings. Now, it is time to take what we have learned, train ourselves and train our colleagues.
