I.Find the colour words in the text and change each one to the colour it describes:

1.One day when the sun was shining gold and the sky was blue, Little Red Riding Hood walked across the green fields and skipped through the dark brown wood on her way to visit Grandma.

2.The sneaky Grey wolf hid in the high yellow corn. His pink tongue hung from his slimy mouth in the hope of a fresh meal.

3.“Where are you going this beautiful golden summer’s morning? Asked the wolf.

4.“I am taking these delicious red and green apples to my Grandma” replied Red Riding Hood.

5.The wolf was not thinking that the red and green apples would make a delicious meal.

6.Lucy was feeling blue. Her best friend Tania had been given fantastic red shoes to wear to the end of term disco. Lucy was green with envy. She went purple with rage when she heard Tania had also got a fabulous matching red dress.

7.They arrived at the disco at the same time, just as the bright orange, pink and purple disco lights started to flash. Tania looked at Lucy’s lovely aqua outfit and said, ‘you lucky thing! I wanted that outfit but they had sold out. I had to get this blue dress instead’.
