Records of schools (102) are loose-form data sheets (37 x 42 cm) with the following sections to be completed: historical record, additions and installations, the school year -- ending date, length of term, enrollment, average daily attendance -- description of school building, photographs of buildings, teachers’ living quarters, description of the community, estimated population of the community, community aid to the school.

Not all forms have been completed fully. In some cases additional materials may be inserted between the sheets and include additional photographs -- students, teachers’ houses and school activities -- maps, historical information, building details.
