Seminar | Divorce Orders and Retirement Funds
 Focussed training from experts in divorce order payments
About the seminar
The majority of divorce orders submitted to retirement funds for payment of a divorce benefit are unenforceable against the retirement fund.
This seminar will enable an attorney dealing with divorce matters to draft:
clauses in settlement agreements; or
draft court orders;
that are enforceable against a retirement fund.
