Chintan Pathak graduated and mastered in Law from the V.T.Choksi Sarvajanik Law College, from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, Surat. He is a Certified Cyber Crime Investigator & Cyber Forensic Professional of National Law School of India University, Bangalore (NLSIU) & ASCL. He has studied PGD in Information Technology from Sikkim Manipal Univeristy, Karnatka in year 2001. He studied PGD in Tax Management from South Gujarat University, Surat in year 2000. He studied Network Security from SAIT, Canada. He is pursing Ph.d in Cyber Laws from VNSGU. Chintan Pathak is also an Associate Member of Bar Council of Gujarat, Advocate Association of Surat and Internet Society of India (ISOC). He is a President of All India Information Technology Association for South Gujarat region.
