14-051 Moved by Director Kimberley Moore the approval to apply interest rate penalties shown on invoices for all outstanding municipal requisitions not paid by end of first 90 days in calendar year. CARRIED

a)MVCU Sundre Project Financing- presented by CAO Sam Smalldon.

14-052 Moved by Director Kimberley Moore to approve MVCU Offer to Finance for the Sundre Project as presented. CARRIED

14-053 Moved by Director Rudy Durieux to approve the Administration to send letters to Municipal Stakeholders for borrowing up to $22 Million for Sundre Project. CARRIED

b)AHS Master Service Agreement – Sundre Project- presented by CAO Sam Smalldon.

14-054Moved by Director Terry Leslie to approve the CAO to sign AHS Master Services Agreement after legal review is complete. CARRIED

c)Sundre Project Timelines – Project Approval Process-presented by CAO Sam Smalldon. We need approval from Municipalities by end of June and Project Approval from the Board at the July 17, 2014 Board meeting.

d)Alberta Housing – Lodge Renewal Grant Reallocations-presented by CAO Sam Smalldon.

14-056 Moved by Alternate Director Dean Allan to approve the Re-Allocation of Grant Funding to match Building Committee priorities as shown in the 2014 Capital Budget. CARRIED

e)Board Retreat Session Follow-up- presented by CAO Sam Smalldon.

It was recommended that the next retreat date be set in September on a Saturday.

f)Strategic and Business Planning Review- presented by CAO Sam Smalldon.

b)July 1, 2014 Staff Merit Pay- presented by CAO Sam Smalldon.

14-059 Moved by Director Terry Leslie to recommend approval for 1% merit adjustment for staff effective July 1, 2014. CARRIED

c)July 1, 2014 HCA-DAL Grid Adjustment-presented by CAO Sam Smalldon.

14-060 Moved by Director Kimberley Moore to approve the HCA-DAL Grid to be established at 7% higher than the regular HCA to reflect higher work-load and additional duties. CARRIED

d)2014 Capital Budget Borrowing-presented by CAO Sam Smalldon.

14-061 Moved by Director Terry Leslie to recommend approval for MVCU demand loan for $250,000 to assist in cash flow for 2014 Capital Budget projects. CARRIED

e)MVSH and MVHF Donation Administration and Process-presented by CAO Sam Smalldon.

14-062 Moved by Director Meg Bigelow to recommend approval for change in 2014 to MVSH Donations Policy and Process to ensure all donations received are transferred to Mountain View Housing Foundation (MVHF) for processing charitable tax receipts and managing stewardship of funds received. CARRIED
